This Terms of Service (“ToS”) constitutes an agreement (“Agreement”) between you (as “User”) and Clatsop County Auxiliary Communications (“CCAC”) stating the terms and conditions under which you may interact with this website ("Site"). Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing, browsing and/or using this Site or its services you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to accept these ToS and be legally bound by this Agreement.

Registration
To register on this Site, you must have a valid current amateur radio license. By registering on the site, Users receive access to repeater coverage maps and other local amateur radio information, as well as a periodic newsletter containing the ledes from recent articles, and access to the Forum with ability to post to or comment on Forum threads. User information provided during Registration is covered by CCAC’s Privacy Policy and is never sold by CCAC.
All Forum comments are moderated and CCAC reserves the right to refuse to publish any comment or posting, to delete any comment for any reason whatsoever, and to restrict the User’s access to the Site in the event that the User violates this Agreement, or any applicable law, or the Privacy Policy.
User Responsibility
By registering on the Site, User represents and warrants that all registration information User submits will be true, accurate, current, and complete. It is CCAC’s practice to obtain express permission for materials on this Site which are not published on government websites or under Creative Commons licenses. However, the Site contains portions of some copyrighted material which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. CCAC makes such material available in an educational effort to advance understanding of emergency communications during disaster events and planning for emergency preparedness, and as an introduction which may encourage readers to visit the website of origin to read the entire work.
